A solemn ceremony of five facilities construction has been held within the framework of PPP project in Yakutia

On July 1, the ceremony of the construction of five social facilities in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was held. " h" National School, children's art school with a concert hall, library and two kindergartens will be created in Yakutsk. All facilities are part of a large-scale public-private partnership project implemented by VIS Group.
Head of the city of Yakutsk Aisen Nikolaev, the chairman of the Yakutsk City Duma Alexander Savvinov, Honored Artist of the Republic Grigory Petrov, the head of the Yakutsk territorial office of Gazenergomontazh (private partner of the project, part of VIS Group) Andrey Urum took part in the solemn event.
“This is a proud day for our city. Together with the partners – the "Gazenergomontazh" company we carefully approached the design of new facilities. I am sure that modern buildings designed to meet our climatic features and national traditions, will be a real decoration of the whole capital”, Aisen Nikolaev said.
In addition to modern architectural solutions, each facility will contribute to the improvement of material and technical base of education and culture sphere of the city. In the " h" National School will be created multimedia classrooms with interactive whiteboards, lecture halls, laboratory classrooms and workshop. Artistic education of schoolchildren will be organized in their own folklore theater studio with dressing room and make-up rooms. The hall of singing and folk instruments will be also provided. In addition to the standard medical unit, own dental office, the office of a psychologist and a social pedagogue will work here.
In total, 12 social facilities are planned to be created at the expense of VIS Group's own and borrowed funds within the framework of the PPP project in Yakutsk. Works are performed simultaneously on all construction sites, they involve up to 50 units of equipment and about 450 specialists.
